执行麻醉药品管理法规中的问题及建议

目的：了解医务人员在执行现行麻醉药品管理法规中问题及相应的建议。方法：采取问卷式调查方法对武汉市56家医疗机构的医师、护士和药师进行调查。结果：被调查者反映较突出的问题包括：麻醉药品登记、剩余麻醉药品回收、处方限量、麻醉药品注射剂出诊问题等。在法规改进、管理机制和网络化管理等多个方面的建议得到被调查者的支持。结论：目前麻醉药品管理法规的部分条款在执行中存在一定的难度，本次调研为进一步完善麻醉药品的管理工作提供了有益的参考。

A Survey of Current Problems and Suggestions in Carrying Out the Laws and Regulations on the Use and Management of Narcotic Drugs

Objective：To investigate the current problems in carrying out the laws and regulations on the use and management of narcotic drugs and the suggestions by medical workers. Method ： Doctors, nurses and pharmacists from 56hospitals in Wuhan were investigated by questionnaires. Result：The main problems in carrying out the laws and regulations on the use and management of narcotic drugs were ： ① the registration of narcotic drugs, ②the recovery of surplus narcoticdrugs, ③ the limitation to prescribe narcotic drugs, ④ the out-call for the injections of narcotic drugs. Some suggestions supported by the interviewees mainly focused on the improvement of the laws and regulations, the managing mode and net-work management. Conclusion：There were still some difficulties in carrying out the laws and regulations on the use and management of narcotic drugs. The results of the present investigation provided some beneficial foundation for the manage-ment of narcotic drugs.
