| 摘 要： | 目的探讨老年人良性阵发性位置性眩晕(BPPV)的特点及误诊原因。方法回顾分析21例老年BPPV患者。结果老年BPPV中女性好发，后半规管多见，手法复位效果明显。由于老年人常合并高血压、颈椎病等慢性疾病，患BPPV时易被误诊。结论老年BPPV误诊的主要原因是对眩晕认识不足，手法复位治疗对老年BPPV安全有效。
