自我效能干预在精神分裂症患者康复护理中的应用

目的 探讨自我效能干预在精神分裂症患者康复护理中的作用.方法 将120例康复期精神分裂症住院患者随机分为实验组和对照组各60例,对照组实施精神科治疗、常规护理及健康教育,实验组在此基础上增加自我效能干预,为期4 W,内容包括激励、社会支持、行为方法等,采用一般自我效能感量表(GSES)、自尊量表(SES)、自理行为问卷(SCBQ)和住院精神病人康复疗效评定量表(WROS)对两组患者进行干预前后康复状态的评估.结果 干预4 W后实验组GSES、SES、SCBQ、IPROS评分显著优于对照组,两组间差异均具有统计学意义(P＜0.05或P＜0.01).结论 自我效能干预有助于消除康复期精神分裂症患者的自卑心理,增强自信心,提高自我效能、自理水平,改善临床疗效,有利于恢复患者的社会功能,帮助其顺利回归社会.

Apply of self-efficacy intervention on rehabilitation nursing of patient with Schizophrenia

Objective To investigate the effect of the self-efficacy on rehabilitation nursing of patient with Schizophrenia.Methods One hundred and twentv rehabilitated pafienm with schizophrenia were divided randomly into two groups:experimental group(60 cases)and control group(60 cases).The pafienm in the control group were subjected to the general mental cure,the routine nursing and the health education,while those in the experimental group to the self-efcacy intervention for4 weeks based on the above neesures,incloude:prompting,social support,and behavioral method erc.The GSES,SES,SCBQ and IPROS were used to evaluate the healing state before and after the intervention.Results The scores of GSES.SES.SCBQ and IPROS in the experimental group were significantly better than those in the control group at the end of the four week.The differences had an obvious significance(P＜0.05 or P＜0.01).Conclusion Serf-effcacy intervention help the patients eliminated the in feriority complex and reinforce the confidence improve self-efcacy.self-care leve and better the elinical effect,help social function.
