| 摘 要： | 目的：了解AS患者血清和骶髂关节中结缔组织生长因子（CTGF）的表达情况。方法：选择30例AS患者和20名健康志愿者，分为AS组和健康对照组。采用ELISA法检测两组的血清CTGF水平，AS组患者行CT引导下骶髂关节细针穿刺活组织检查术，组织标本应用免疫组织化学染色检测CTGF的表达情况。结果：AS组骶髂关节组织的CTGF在血管翳炎症细胞及骨髓细胞的胞浆中高度表达，其阳性细胞数为（57．9±42．4）／HP，明显多于正常骶髂关节组织（2．7±2．5）／HP（P〈0．05），AS组血清CTGF水平略低于健康对照组，但比较差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05）。结论：AS骶髂关节中存在CTGF的高表达，提示CTGF可能在AS关节软骨纤维化、关节强直中起重要的作用。 |
