原发性胆囊癌29例临床分析

目的探讨如何提高原发性胆囊癌的早期诊断和有效治疗的方法,以期进一步改善胆囊癌患者的预后。方法对29例原发性胆囊癌一般情况、诊断、治疗、病理分型、临床分期等进行分析。结果诊断主要依靠B超、CT和MRI,术前诊断胆囊癌14例(48.3%)。Ⅰ期2例、Ⅱ期3例、Ⅲ期2例行单纯胆囊切除术,Ⅲ期2例、Ⅳ期2例行胆囊根治性切除术;手术切除率为62.1%。结论手术是原发性胆囊癌病人最好的治疗方法,早期诊断和早期手术切除是提高疗效的关键。

Clinical analysis of 29 patients with primary gallbladder carcinoma

Objective To find out how to boost the early diagnosis and effective treatment on primary gallbladder carcinoma. Methods The data of current general health , diagnosis , treatment , pathologic classification and clinical stages of 29 patients with primary gallbladder carcinoma were analyzed. Results B-ultrasonography , CT and MRI were employed to confirm diagnosis. Of 29 cases, 14(48.3% )patients confirmed to be gallbladder carcinoma cases. 2 cases of stage Ⅰ ,3 cases of stage Ⅱ and 2 cases of stage Ⅲ were undergone cholecystectomy. 2 cases of stage Ⅲ and 2 cases of stage Ⅳ were received radical resection. The rate of surgical resection was 62. 1 % . Conclusion The surgical operation is recommended to treat patients with primary gallbladder carcinoma, but early diagnosis and treatment can be a priority for them.
