糖尿病患者血管性假血友病因子和D-二聚体变化分析

目的　通过观察 2型糖尿病 (2 DM )及合并高血压患者血浆中血管假血友病因子 (VWF)及D 二聚体 (D D)的变化 ,探讨其与 2 DM血管病变的关系。方法　用酶联免疫吸附法测量 38例 2 DM患者 (2 DM组 )、2 0例合并高血压者和 2 5例正常者 (对照组 )外周血浆中VWF、D D水平变化。结果　 2 DM患者血浆中VWF、D D(15 7 4 7± 4 5 77%和 0 5 1± 0 10mg/L)水平与对照组 (12 6 2 6± 2 0 4 2 %和 0 2 4± 0 0 9mg/L)相比明显升高 (P <0 0 1) ,2 DM合并高血压 (186 4 0± 2 5 5 6 %和 0 80± 0 2 8mg/L)则较单纯 2 DM增高(P <0 0 5 )。结论　VWF和D D升高与 2 DM血管病变密切相关 ,检测VWF和D D水平对防治 2 DM血管病变有重要临床意义。

Study on the changes of von willebrand factor and D-dimer in diabetics

Objective To study the clinical significance of the changes of von willebrand factor(VWF) and D-dimer(D-D) in patients with 2-type diabetes mellitus(2-DM) and with 2-DM and essential hypertension(EH).Methods 83 cases were divided into three groups including 38 cases of 2-DM,20 cases of 2-DM and EH and 25 cases of healthy controls,plasma VWF and D-D were measured in all cases.Results Compared with the control group,the concentration of VWF and D-D were found to be signifcantly higher in 2-DM group(157.47±45.77%,0.51±0.10mg/L vs 126.26±20.42%,0.24±0.09mg/L,P<0.01),however 2-DM and EH group more than 2-DM group(186.40±25.56%,0.80±0.28mg/L vs 157.47±45.77%,0.51±0.10mg/L,P<0.05).Conclusion There is significantly relationship between the higher concentration of VWF and D-D and vascular disease in 2-DM patients.It is important clinical value to measure plasma VWF and D-D for the prevention and treatment of vascular disturbance in 2-DM patients.
