| 摘 要： | [背景]探讨直视微创胆囊切除术的手术方法、适应症及注意事项.[病例报告]应用特殊手术器械及手术技巧给186例实施直视微创胆囊切除术,其中手术切口长度为2.5～3.9cm者为149例,4.0～5.9cm者为30例,等于或大于6.0cm者为7例.[讨论]直视微创胆囊切除术可达到微创的效果,无需特殊的手术准备,安全可靠.

| Abstract: | BACKGROUND To study the operating method,indications and notices of microtrauma cholecystectomy by direct view.CASE REPORTS Cholecystectomy were finished in 186 cases with special operating instrument and operating techniques.Cholecystectomy were done with microincision(2.5～3.9 cm)in 149 cases,mini cholecystectomy(4.0～5.9 cm)in 30 cases,convention cholocystectomy(longer than 6.0 cm)in 7 cases.DISCUSSION The novel approach achieved microtrauma effection,and it can be performed safely and cheaped instruments and medical fee,no needed special operation preparing. |
