| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨十二指肠降部腺瘤的内镜诊断与治疗。
方法 收集我科2006年6月～2007年6月共2例十二指肠降部腺瘤，结合临床特点、胃镜表现、治疗和病理特点进行分析。
结果 2例患者均有消化道出血和腹痛表现，初次胃镜肠镜检查均无异常，再次胃镜检查发现病灶并行胃镜下治疗，病理结果均为管状绒毛状腺瘤，术后症状消失。
结论 胃镜检查时仔细观察十二指肠降部，是诊断降部腺瘤的关键，直径较小者可行胃镜下治疗。

| Abstract: | Objective: To study the diagnose and treat of adenomas located in descendant duodenum by endoscopy. Methods: Date of the adenomas located in descendant duodenum in our department were collected from Jun 2006 to Jun 2007, we analyzed clinic features, gastroscope representation, treatment and pathology features.
