丹参多酚酸盐在溃疡性结肠炎治疗中临床应用

目的]探讨丹参多酚酸盐治疗溃疡性结肠炎(UC)的临床疗效。方法]将86例UC患者随机分为治疗组与对照组,每组43例。对照组采用柳氮磺吡啶肠溶片口服治疗,治疗组在对照组治疗基础上静脉滴注丹参多酚酸盐,比较2组治疗后临床疗效,治疗前后肠黏膜评分、血小板计数(PLT)、血小板平均体积(MPV)测定及血清C反应蛋白(CRP)水平。结果]治疗组总有效率优于对照组(P0.05);2组治疗后PLT、血清CRP水平均较治疗前下降(P0.05),治疗组低于对照组(P0.05);2组治疗后MPV较治疗前升高(P0.05),治疗组高于对照组(P0.05);治疗后2组肠镜下黏膜充血、水肿、糜烂、溃疡评分较治疗前显著下降(P0.05),治疗组低于对照组(P0.05);肠镜下黏膜假性息肉形成治疗前后组间、组内比较差异均无统计学意义(P0.05)。结论]丹参多酚酸盐可改善患者血液高凝状态和肠黏膜微循环,减少炎症渗出,促进溃疡愈合,对UC患者疗效确切。

Clinical application of salvianolate in ulcerative colitis

Objective]To investigate the curative effect of salvianolate in the treatment of ulcerative co- litis（UC）. Methods]Eighty-six patients with UC in Gastroenterology department of Xinle hospital from February,2012 to February,2014, were randomly divided into two groups with 43 cases in each group. The control group were treated with Sulfasalazine Enteric-coated Tablets and the treatment group were addi- tionally given salvianolate intravenously. Intestinal mucosal score before and after treatment and clinical curative effects after treatment were compared between the two groups. Blood platelet count（PLT）,mean platelet volume（MPV）and determination of serum C reactive protein（CRP）level were compared between the two groups before and after treatment. Results]The total effective rate of the treatment group was su- perior to the control group（P〈0.05）. PLT and serum CRP levels of two groups after treatment decreased than those before treatment（P〈0.05）. The treatment group was lower than the control group（P〈0.05）. MPV of two groups after the treatment increased more than before treatment（P〈0.05）,the treatment group was higher than the control group（P〈0.05）. Mucosal hyperemia, edema, erosion and ulcer score under the endoscope after treatment significantly decreased than before treatment（P〈0. 05）,the treatment group was lower than the control group（P〈0.05）. Compared the formation mucosal pseudo polyps under endoscope before and after treatment between groups, there was no significant difference（P〈0. 05）. Con- elusions]Salvianolate can improve the hypercoagulable status and intestinal mucosal microcirculation. It can reduce inflammatory exudation and promote ulcer healing. So it has the exact curative effect on patients with UC.
