| 摘 要： | 采用９５％乙醇抽提、丙酮沉淀粗提新鲜牛心中的心磷脂；应用硅胶Ｇ高压梯度洗脱液对其进行纯化；应用硅胶Ｇ薄层层析进行了鉴定；应用修改的Ｆｉｓｋｅ－Ｓｕｂｂａｒｏｗ方法对纯化的心磷脂进行定量。结果显示硅胶Ｇ纯化的心磷脂纯度高，经薄层层析呈单一黄色斑点，定磷法定量产率为每１００ｇ新鲜牛心可获心磷脂８．２３ｍｇ。结果提示：通过硅胶Ｇ层析法可获得高纯度、高产率的心磷脂。

Purification and identification of cardiolipin from bovine heart by chromatography method of islica gel G |

| Abstract: | In this experiment,crude phosphatides were acquired from 95% ethanol extracts from fresh bovine heart.The cardiolipin was separated from other phosphatides by column chromatography on silica gel G and identified using the method of TLC.The contents of cardiolipin were determined by the colorimetric determination of phosphorus.The results show that the method provides for a rapid,improved and convenient means for obtaining chromatographically cardiotipin.The yield of cardiolipin is 8.23 mg per 100 g fresh bovine heart tissue. |
