香砂六君子汤加减治疗55例幽门螺杆菌相关性胃炎的疗效观察

目的：探讨香砂六君子汤加减治疗幽门螺杆菌（Hp）相关性胃炎的临床疗效。方法：采用随机数字表法将109例Hp相关性胃炎患者分为两组，西药组予质子泵抑制剂三联法配合胃粘膜保护剂，中药组予香砂六君子汤加减，2周为1个疗程，3个疗程结束后对比临床疗效和安全性。结果：中药组总有效率92．73％明显优于西药组75．93％，P〈O．05；中药组Hp清除率90．91％明显优于西药组72．22％，P〈0．05；中药组不良反应发生率3．64％明显低于西药组18．52％，P〈0．05。结论：香砂六君子汤加减能够明显改善Hp相关性胃炎的临床症状和体征，Hp清除率高，安全可靠，值得临床在中药治疗Hp相关性胃炎方面继续研究。

Efficacy observation on treating 55 cases of gastritis related with helicobacter pylori with modified Xiangsha Liujunzi decoction

Objective： To investigate the clinical effect of modified Xiangsha Liujtmzi decoction on gastritis related with helicobacter pylori. Methods： 109 patients were randomly divided into two groups. The modem medicine group was given trigeminy with proton pump inhibitor combined with gastric mucosa protectant, while the TCM group was given modified Xiangsha Liujunzi decoction. Results： The total effective rate in the TCM group was 92.73%, significantly higher than that in the modem medicine group 75.93% （P〈0.05）. The HP clearance rate in the TCM group was 90.91%, significantly higher than that in the modem medicine group 72.22% （P〈0.05）. The adverse effect incidence in the TCM group was 3.64%, significantly lower than that in the modem medicine group 18.52% （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Modified Xiangsha Liujunzi decoction was significantly effective on treating gastritis related with helicobacter pylori.
