右半结肠癌并存急性阑尾炎19例诊治分析

目的探讨右半结肠癌合并急性阑尾炎的诊治,降低误诊率。方法回顾性分析我院2002年1月～2008年8月收治的19例右半结肠癌合并急性阑尾炎和864例急性阑尾炎患者资料。结果急性阑尾炎合并结肠癌患者占同期治疗的急性阑尾炎的2.19%（19/864）。19例病人有14例行右半结肠切除术,回肠造瘘3例,放弃治疗2例,治疗效果良好。结论应重视右半结肠癌和阑尾炎并存的患者,仔细认真全面的搜集病例资料,采用必要的辅助检查,术中仔细探查就能避免右半结肠癌的误诊,从而能够正确治疗。

Analyzing for diagnosis and treatment of 19 patients of right hemicolon carcinoma accompanied with acute appendicitis

Objective To analyze the diagnosis and treatment of right hemicolon carcinoma accompanied with acute appendicitis for reducing the rate of misdiagnosis.Methods 19 patients of right hemicolon carcinoma accompanied with acute appendicitis and 864 patients of acute appendicitis were treated in our hospital from January 2002 to August 2008,whose clinical data were reviewed.Results Among the 19 patients of right hemicolon carcinoma accompanied with acute appendicitis,accounted to 864 patients of acute appendicitis the rate is 2.19% , 14 patients were given right hemicolectomy,3 patients got tistula by ileum,2 patient gave up treatment, we gam better curative effect. Conclusion We should regard the patients of right hemicolon carcinoma accompanied with appendicitis. We should gather the case data with carefulness ,graveness and fullness, adopting some examine methods for assistant, exploring carefully during the operation, then we can avoid the misdiagnosis of right hemicolon cancer.
