美洛昔康联合玻璃酸钠治疗膝骨关节炎临床观察

目的评估美洛昔康联合玻璃酸钠治疗膝骨关节炎疗效及安全性。方法51例符合美国风湿病学院（ACR）膝骨关节炎标准的患者随机纳入2组：治疗组采用美洛昔康口服并联合玻璃酸钠膝关节腔注射;对照组仅服用美洛昔康,对实验前后数据进行分析。结果经5周治疗,两组20米步行痛、关节触痛及WOMAC骨关节炎指数3项指标较治疗前均显著降低（P〈0.01）,但治疗组上述3项指标改善值优于对照组（P〈0.05）,两组间不良反应发生率无明显差异（P〉0.05）。结论美洛昔康联合玻璃酸钠治疗膝骨关节炎疗效明显优于单用美洛昔康,且不增加不良反应。

Clinical observation of meloxicam combined with sodium hyaluronate on the treatment of knee osteoarthritis

Objective To evaluate the effficacy and safety of Meloxieam combined with sodium hyaluronate on the treatment of knee osteoarthritis. Methods 51 patients fulfilling the American College of Rheumatology criteria for knee OA were randomly allocated to 2 groups ： the experimental group receiving Meloxicam oral combined with sodium hyaluronate intra-articular injection ; the control group receiving Meloxicam oral alone, these data before and after experiment have been analyzed. Results After 5 weeks＇ therapy, significant change was observed in 20 meters walk pain, WOMAC index scale and tendemess on palpation in both group compared with basehne （ P〈0.01 ）, but those parameters were improved better in therapy group while compared with the control group（P〈0.05）, these side-effeet rate had no difference between two groups（P〉0.05 ）. Conclusion Meloxicam combined with sodium hyaluronate are more effective than Meloxicam oral only on the treatment of knee osteoarthritis while side-effect does not increase.
