动态心电图对糖尿病合并无症状心肌缺血诊断分析

目的：探讨糖尿病患者合并无症状心肌缺血的临床特点和发生规律。方法：对165例糖尿病患者应用24小时动态心电图（DCG）检测，选出有心肌缺血76例进行分析。结果：76例中共检出心肌缺血705阵次，其中无症状发作671阵次（92．2％），有症状发作34阵次（4．8％）。无症状心肌缺血的发生显著高于有症状心肌缺血，发病高峰在上午06～12点，00～06点最少，但夜间缺血持续时阃及ST段压低幅度明显重于白昼。结论：24小时动态心电图对无症状心肌缺血的检出率较高。老年糖尿病合并无症状心肌缺血的发生率较高，其起病隐袭，如不积极防治，病情可突然恶化，甚至导致猝死。

Diagnostic analysis of dynamic electrocardiogram on diabetes mellitus with silent myocardial ischemia

Objective:To explore the clinical characteristic and occurrence rule of diabetes mellitus with silent myocar dial ischemia (SMI).Methods:24-hour dynamic electrocardiogram monitoring was performed in 165 patients with diabetes mellitus and 76 out of them with myocardial ischemia were chosen as the subjects analyzed.Results:Myocardial ischemia in 76 subjects was found to occur 705 times ,671 times (92.2%) of them for SMI and 34 times (4.8%) for symptomatic ischemia.The frequency of occurrence in SMI was significantly higher than that in symptomatic ischemia.Tha pathogenic peak of SMI was the lowest between of o'clock and 6 o'clock.But it is more serious at night than in the daytime.Conclusion:SMI is the most common manifestation in pastients with diabetes mellitus,much attention should be pait to this disease
