甘肃省部分地区麻疹疫苗强化免疫结果分析

为有效地控制麻疹爆发或流行 ,进一步降低麻疹发病率 ,甘肃省于 1999年 12月～ 2 0 0 0年 1月首次在天水、定西两地的 7个县 (区 ) ,对 8月龄～ 14岁儿童开展了一次麻疹疫苗强化免疫。结果显示 :实际接种儿童 72 1731人 ,报告接种率 94 80 % ,除 8～ 11月龄儿童接种率较低外 ,其余各年龄组儿童接种率均 >90 %。用省统计局人口资料推算 ,估算接种率为 87 6 9% ,各县 (区 )均 >80 %。此次强化免疫覆盖了很大一部分“零”剂次免疫及未进行复种的儿童 ,有效地减少了易感儿童的积累。强化免疫的顺利实施对今后甘肃省控制麻疹工作具有重要的意义。

Analysis of the Results of Measles Vaccine Mass Immunization Campaign in Partial Areas of Gansu Province

In order to prevent and c ontrol measles outbreak and furthe r reduce measles incidence,in seve n counties of Tianshui city and Di ngxi Prefecture of Gansu Province, the measles vaccine mass immunizat ion campaign for 8 months to 7 yea r old children was carried out fo r the first time The results showe d that the total immunized childre n were 721,731, the reported immuni zation coverage rate was 94 80%, th e coverage rate of children of dif ferent age groups were all >90%,exc ept the children of 8-11 months ol d had a lower coverage rate The es timated coverage rate by adopting the population data from Provincia l Statistical Bureau was 87 69%,an d in all counties were>80% The mea sles vaccine mass immunization cam paign included lots of zero-dose and non revaccinatld children that reduced the accu mutation of susceptible children,it pla yed an important role for control of measles in Gansu Province
