| 摘 要： | 目的：对野战医疗队在汶川抗震救灾中“一专多能”原则的应用情况进行总结。方法：对野战医院救援期间的工作记录随机选取10天分别按照巡诊、门诊患者进行疾病专业统计，选取所有住院患者进行疾病专业统计，对相应巡诊、门诊、病房军医进行专业统计，计算专业符合率。结果：专业符合率分别为巡诊42．9％、门诊63．6％、病房88．8％。统计分析后发现巡诊、门诊、病房专业符合率完全不同，差异具有统计学意义。结论：目前“一专多能”原则对于野战医疗队在汶川抗震救灾中的实际应用具有必要性、可行性、但仍有局限性。 |

| Abstract: | Objective：To evaluate the role of general practitioners in the Wenchuan earthquake rescue. Methods： We sum the patients and doctors respectively from 5 days selected randomized in the medical documents of the Mianzhu earthquake rescue field hospital of the Shenyang Military Area Command. We get the meet rate of specialist. Results： The meet rate of specialist is 42.9% ,63.6 % ,97.2% respectively. Conclusion： The results suggested that the role of general practitioners in the Wenchuan earthquake rescue is Necessary, feasible, but there are still some limitations. |
