| 摘 要： | 目的：探寻耳鸣的发病机制及有效的治疗方法。方法：对133例耳鸣患者按畸变产物耳声发射（DPOAE）异常频率与耳鸣主调是否存在对应关系分为：DPOAE对应组（73例）及非对应组（60例），均进行改善内耳微循环、营养神经的药物治疗14d，观察并评价临床疗效。结果：DPOAE对应组的治疗有效率（75.3％）高于非对应组（36.7％）（P〈0.01），DPOAE对应组中的急性耳呜亚组的治疗有效率高于亚急性和慢性耳鸣亚组（P〉0.05）。结论：对于DPOAE异常频率与耳呜的主调存在对应关系的耳鸣患者，尤其是急性耳鸣患者，改善内耳微循环的药物治疗是一种有效的治疗方法。针对不同DPOAE特点的耳鸣患者，应采取个性化的治疗方案。

| Abstract: | Objective:To find mechanism of tinnitus and explore effective treatment for tinnitus.Method:The 133 tinnitus patients were assigned into two groups by relationship between Distortion product otoacoustic emissions and frequencies of tinnitus: relationship group(73 cases) and non-relationship group(60 cases).
