| 摘 要： | 子宫动脉栓塞术治疗子宫肌瘤是一项非手术治疗方法。与传统的手术切除术相比较子宫动脉栓塞术具有治疗操作简单、微创伤、安全的特点，保留了子宫，患者痛苦少、住院时间短，容易为患者接受，临床应用于治疗子宫肌瘤的短期效果尚佳，远期疗效需长期随访观察。

| Abstract: | In therapy of uterine leiomyoma,uterine artery embolization is a new method by non operation treatment,and wide application is spreaded in many developed country now.Comparing with the traditional therapeutics of operating resection,uterine artery embolization is more simple,woundless,distressless,safe and the uterus is reserved.The length of stay in hospital is more shortness.It is acceptted by patient easily.Clinical observation shows that,short period result is notable,the following up effect is still need to be investigated while treating uterine leiomyoma with uterine artery embolization. |
