本科护生在NICU实习期间关怀能力的调查

目的了解本科护生在NICU实习期间的关怀能力，为培养和提高护生的关怀能力提供依据。方法采用关怀能力评价量表（cAI）对在我院NICU实习的80名本科护生进行问卷调查。结果本组关怀能力总均分低于常模；除了男生在勇气维度上评分高于女生外，其他各类别组在认知、勇气、耐心3个维度评分的比较差异均有统计学意义。结论本科护生在NICU实习期间对患者的关怀能力有待于提高，护理院校和临床带教老师应给予充分的重视。

Investigation and analysis of caring ability of nursing students in difffrernt situation in NICU

Objective To analyze the status of caring ability of nursing students in difffrernt situation in NICU, so as to provide the evidence for cultivating and improving their caring ability. Methods 80 students were investigated with questionnaire by method of random sampling, and refer to the evaluation of primary nurses and famihes of patients. Results The scores of caring ability of all students were under the norm. The score of courage in male students were higher than that in female students. The dimensions of cognition, courage and endurance of students showed obviours difference in Difffrernt college ( P < 0. 05 ). Conclusions Nursing students are short of caring ability, which should be highly addressed by teachers in college and clinic.
