| 摘 要： | 目的 :探讨庚型肝炎病毒RNA与庚型肝炎病毒抗体间的关系。方法 :采用PCR法检测病毒性肝炎患者血清HGVRNA ,随后采用EIA法检查其抗 -HGV ,并同时检测患者肝功ALT、SB等生化指标 ,比较它们间的关系。结果 :病毒性肝炎患者HGVRNA检出率为 2 9 7% (19/ 6 4) ,抗 -HGV检出率为 14 1% (9/ 6 4) ,两者间比较有显著性差异 (x2 =4 5 7,P <0 0 5 )。其中 3例HGVRNA和抗 -HGV均阳性 ,HGV总感染率为 39 0 % (2 5 / 6 4) ,各临床类型间HGVRNA和抗 -HGV检出率无明显差别 (P>0 0 5 ) ,抗 -HGV阳性组其临床各型肝损ALT、SB(除急性肝炎外 )均高于HGVRNA阳性组。结论 :病毒性肝炎患者血清中HGVRNA阳性率显著高于抗 -HGV阳性率 ;抗 -HGV为一非保护性抗体 ;各临床类型间庚型肝炎病毒感染无明显差别。

| Abstract: | Aim:To study the relation between hepatitis G virus RNA and anti-hepatitis G virus IgG in hepatitis patients.Method:Using PCR for detecthing HGV RNA and EIA for detecting anti-HGV IgG in sera of hepatitis patients.Result:The positive rate of HGV RNA was 29.7%(19/64)，and the positive rate of anti-HGV was 14.1%(9/64)。Three patients had both HGV RNA and anti-HGV IgG positive in sera in this group.The total positive rate of HGV was 39.0%(25/64)，and there were no differences among all clinical types(P＞0.05).Conclusion:Anti-HGV was not a protective antibody;HGV infection rates in all clinical types had not difference. |
