| 摘 要： | 临床观察迁延性、慢性腹泻患儿162例,中药组用香澄散外敷肚脐,西药组予西药常规治疗,结果中药组疗效明显高于西药组。动物实验表明,香澄散外敷可抑制“脾虚”小鼠的肠蠕动亢进,抑制离体兔肠的平滑肌蠕动,可扩张大鼠肠系膜微血管,改善微循环。

| Abstract: | The gastric mucosa of 200 cases of children patientswere divided gastroscopically into 4 types,and clinical-ly into 5 types.The two groups shared some commonpoints although there were some differences.It is ofvital importance to combine the whole with the partsfor differential for upgrading the clinical therapeutic ef-ficacy. |
