| 摘 要： | 用Langendorff离体心脏灌流方法证明,山茛菪碱(654-2)可使正常大鼠心肌收缩力减弱,心率减慢,冠腺流量减少;高钙及毒毛旋花子甙K可消除654-2对心肌收缩的抑制作用。654-2与钙拮抗剂异搏停一样,还可对抗大剂量异丙肾上腺素所致的心肌细胞钙超负荷及坏死。以上结果提示,山莨菪碱具有钙拮抗作用。

| Abstract: | The effects of anisodamine (654- 2 ) on cardiac founctions of isolated lan-gendorff hearts in rats were investigated. After administration of 654- 2 the contractive force and heart rate as well as coronary blood flow were all significantly reduced as compared with controls, while the change of contractive force was neutralized by administrating calcium or K-strophanthoside. Like verapamil, 654- 2 also antagonized the calcium overload and the necrosis of myocardial cells induced by high dose of isoproterenol (50mg/kg, ip) . These resalts suggest that 654- 2 might possess calcium antagonistic action. |
