| 摘 要： | 目的探讨肠内与肠外营养在胃癌术后病人中的应用。方法将48例胃癌术后病人随机分为两组,分别进行肠内营养和肠外营养。结果两组病人的住院时间、肠道功能恢复时间、淋巴细胞计数和CD4、CD8及CD4/CD8均有极显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论肠内营养在某些方面优于肠外营养,值得临床推广。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the role of EN and TPN in patients with gastric carcinoma undergoing major surgery.Methods 48 patients with gastric carcinoma undergoing major surgery were divided into two groups and gave EN and TPN respective.Results The resident time,gastrointestinal function revive time,Lc and CD4,CD8,CD4/CD8 in two groups have significantly difference.Conclusion In some aspects, EN superior to TPN. |
