| 摘 要： | 建立舒康平喘胶囊中齐墩果酸的含量测定方法。方法采用高效液相色谱(HPLC)法,色谱柱为AgiLent ZORBAX SB-C18(5.0μm,4.6 mm×250 mm),柱温25℃,检测波长208 nm,流动相为乙腈-水(90∶10),流速0.8 mL/min。结果齐墩果酸在0.05～0.5 mg/mL范围内线性关系良好,r=0.9997(n=6),回归方程为Y=1.66×106X+1.4×104,平均回收率为96.21%,样品中齐墩果酸含量为1.82 mg/g。结论该方法快速、准确、灵敏度高、重现性好,可作为舒康平喘胶囊中齐墩果酸的含量测定方法。

| Abstract: | Objective To establish the method on determination of the content of oleanolic acid in Shukang Pingchuan Capsule.Methods Adopted HPLC method,chromatographic conditions were available as follows AgiLent ZORBAX SB-C18 column(5.0 μm,4.6 mm×250 mm),temperature of the column was 25 ℃,detecting wavelength was 208 nm,acetonitril and water(90:10) as mobile phase,the flowrate was 0.8 mL/min.Results The linear correlation of oleanolic acid was well within 0.05～0.5 mg/mL,r=0.9997(n=6).The average recovery rate was 96.21%,the content of oleanolic acid in sample was 1.82 mg/g.Conclusion The method is quick,accurate,sensitive and reproducible,it can be used as the determination method of the content of oleanolic acid in Shukang Pingchuan Capsule. |
