同型半胱氨酸和白介素-18与急性脑梗死发病的相关性研究

目的：分析血浆同型半胱氨酸（Hcy）及白介素（IL）-18与急性脑梗死发病的相互关系。方法：选择我院老年病科2006-04－2008-05的住院脑梗死患者103例,健康对照46例,测定血清中IL-18及Hcy水平。结果：脑梗死组的血清IL-18浓度（212.57±86.72 pg/ml）明显高于对照组（121.45±75.65 pg/ml）（P〈0.05）;脑梗死组Hcy浓度（8.84±3.15μmol/L）明显高于对照组（6.92±1.23μmol/L）（P〈0.05）;在脑梗死患者,IL-18升高组血浆Hcy的浓度（10.1±3.5μmol/L）明显高于IL-18正常组（8.3±2.6μmol/L）,直线相关性显示IL-18水平和Hcy明显相关（r=0.42,P〈0.05）。结论：急性脑梗死患者血清中IL-18、Hcy浓度明显高于正常对照,另外IL-18可能是脑梗死患者Hcy的独立决定因素。

Relationship of plasma homocysteine and interleukin-18 with acute cerebral infarction

Objective： To investigate the relationship of plasma IL-18 and total homocysteine（tHcy） concentration with acute cerebral infarction.Methods： A total of 103 patients with acute cerebral infarction admitted from April 2006 to May 2008 were included,and 46 healthy individuals were served as controls.The IL-18 and tHcy levels were measured.Results： The plasma concentrations of IL-18 in patients and control subjects were（212.57±86.72） pg/ml and（121.45±75.65） pg/ml respectively（P0.05）,and the plasma concentrations of tHcy were（8.84±3.15） μmol/L and（6.92±1.23） μmol/L respectively（P〈0.05）.The plasma concentrations of tHcy in patients with high IL-18 group（≥187 pg/ml） and normal IL-18 group（187 pg/ml） were（10.1±3.5）μmol/L and（8.3±2.6）μmol/L（P〈0.01）.There was a positive correlation between plasma concentrations of IL-18 and tHcy（r=0.42,P〈0.05）.Conclusion： The plasma IL-18 and tHcy levels are increased in the patients with acute cerebral infarction.IL-18 may be an independent risk factor of hyper-homocysteine in the acute cerebral infarction.
