| 摘 要： | 目的 观察秋水仙碱对纤维化肝脏基质金属蛋白酶－１（ＭＭＰ－１）、基质金属蛋白酶组织抑制因子－１（ＴＩＭＰ－１）表达的影响。从胶原降解的角度探讨秋水仙碱对肝纤维化有无逆转作用及可能存在的机制。方法 制备免疫性大鼠肝纤维化模型，并给予秋水仙碱治疗；通过ＲＴ－ＰＣＲ检测ＭＭＰ－１、ＴＰＭＰ－１的表达，并作Ⅰ、Ⅲ型胶原的免疫组化以及Ｍａｓｓｏｎ胶原染色。结果 发现秋水仙碱对肝纤维化大鼠ＭＭＰ－１的表达无明
