薏苡仁油抗白血病和肾癌药理作用的研究近况

薏苡仁油具有抗白血病细胞和肾癌细胞的增殖作用,表现为诱导癌细胞凋亡和坏死,以及分化的双向作用;还可提高白血病细胞与肾癌细胞对化疗药和放射的敏感性,降低白血病细胞的耐药性和放射剂量;另外,薏苡仁油还可提高荷瘤机体的免疫功能,促进脾淋巴细胞和肿瘤浸润淋巴细胞增殖,增强自然杀伤细胞(NK细胞)和淋巴因子激活杀伤细胞(LAK细胞)对癌细胞的杀伤活性以及红细胞的免疫功能等。综述薏苡仁油抗白血病、肾癌,以及提高小鼠荷瘤机体免疫功能的药理作用的研究近况。

Recent Researches on Pharmacological Actions of Coicis Semen Oil Against Leukemia and Renal Carcinoma

The Coicis Semen oil has the inhibition activity against the proliferations of leukemia cells and renal carcinoma cells, and performs a dual-directional effect to the induced cancer cells apoptosis , necrosis, and differentiation. Coicis Semen oil induces the sensibility of leukemia cells to chemotherapeutic drugs, both combinations decreases the drugs resistance of leukemia cells. Coicis Semen oil increases radio-sensibility of renal carcinoma cells, both combinations decreases radiation dose. Coicis Semen oil enhances immunologic function of animal loading tumor, promotes the proliferation of splenic lymphocyte and tumor-infiltration lymphocyte, and strengthens the killing activities of natu- ral killer（NK） and lymphokine-activated killer（LAK） to cancer cells, and immunologic function of red cell. The recent researches on pharmacological actions of Coicis Semen oil against leukemia, renal carcinoma and on improving the immune function of tumor-burdened to mice were summarized.
