150株大肠埃希菌临床分离株的分布及耐药性分析

目的：对本院150株大肠埃希菌临床分离株的分布及耐药性进行分析，指导临床合理使用抗生素。方法：按卫生部《临床检验操作规程》进行菌株分离，采用德灵公司Microscan常规革兰氏阴性复合板进行菌株鉴定及药敏试验，对近2年来我院大肠埃希菌的耐药性进行回顾调查分析。结果：临床标本中共分离得到大肠埃希菌150株，其中痰标本的检出率最高占54．5%，科室分布ICU最高占20．0％，其中：氨苄西林／舒巴坦钠、氨苄西林、头孢唑啉、哌拉西林、复方新诺明耐药率〉80％，亚胺培南为1．5％，耐药率最低。

Analysis on Distribution and Drug Resistance of 150 Cases of E. Coli Isolates

Objective： To analyze distribution and drug resistance of 150 cases of E. coli isolates and guide clinic reasonable use of antibiotics. Methods： Isolaion is made according to the ＂ clinical testing rules＂ of Ministry of Health, identification and drug susceptibility testing are done with Microscan conventional gram-negative strains of plate of DadeBehring. And we have also made a retrospective investigation and analysis on E. coli resistance spectral in nearly one and a half years in our hospital. Results： From clinical samples, we get 150 isolated E. coli, among which sputum samples show the highest detection rate （54. 5%）, ICU is the highest in all sections （20. 0%）, and resistance rate of ampicillin/sulbactam, ampicillin, cefazolin, piperacillin, sulfamethoxazole is all above 80% and imipenem is the lowest （1.5%）.
