| 摘 要： | 目的 评价妥泰治疗儿童难治性癫痫的疗效与安全性。方法 本院收治的儿童难治性癫痫 15例 ,用妥泰作为添加药进行治疗。结果 安全控制 3例 (包括 1例林 弋氏综合征 ) ,显效 2例 ,有效 4例 ,无效 6例 ,总有效率 6 0 % ,原用抗癫痫药血药浓度无明显波动。结论 妥泰作为添加药用于治疗儿童难治性癫痫有效、安全。

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the efficacy and safety of topiramate as an add on therapy for child intractable epilepsy.Methods The study was done on 15 child patients with intractable epilepsy who were treated with common antiepilepsy tics and with topiramate as an add on therapy. Results 9 patients(60%)had 50% reduction and,2(13%) had 75% 3 patients had no attack recur.Conclusion Topiramate is effective on treating the child patients with intractable epilepsy. |
