磁性纳米四氧化三铁对小鼠淋巴细胞及巨噬细胞功能影响的初步研究

摘    要:为了探讨磁性纳米四氧化三铁颗粒(Fe3O4-MNP)对小鼠免疫系统的影响,将ICR小鼠随机分为4组,分别给予生理盐水、低剂量、中剂量和高剂量Fe3O4-MNP,在小鼠经胃灌药后2周处死,测量脾脏重量及小鼠体重并计算脾脏指数;用刀豆蛋白A(ConA)诱导的小鼠脾淋巴细胞转化试验测定脾淋巴细胞增殖活性,中性红比色法测定小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞吞噬功能。结果表明,与对照组相比,实验组的脾脏指数并没有明显差异(p0.05)。实验组脾淋巴细胞增殖率均高于对照组,尤其在中剂量组(p0.05),且中剂量组腹腔巨噬细胞吞噬率较对照组及其他2个实验组均有明显升高(p0.05)。结论:合适剂量的Fe3O4-MNPs可以增强小鼠淋巴细胞免疫和巨噬细胞吞噬功能。
