| 摘 要： | 目的 提高对胸膜间皮瘤X线诊断价值的认识.方法 多年来收集15例胸膜间皮瘤患者的临床资料及X线表现汇总.结果 已证实的15例胸膜间皮瘤病例,良性3例,恶性12例,恶性者合并多量胸腔积液,抽液注气呈现"水落石出"特征;恶性者预后差.结论 X线检查仍是早期有效的检查与诊断方法;更适合于基层医院.

| Abstract: | Objective To deepen the understanding of the value of X-ray in the diagnosis of pleural mesothelioma. Methods The clinical data of pleural mesothelioma in 15 cases had been collected for years, so were the total manifestations of X-ray. Results 15 cases of pleural mesothelioma had been proved, of which 3 cases were benign, 12 cases malignant. The malignant pleural mesothelioma was combined with a great deal of hydrothorax. The liquid extraction and insufflation took on very clear, characteristics. The malignant had a bad prognosis. Conclusion The X-ray examination is still an early and effective method of diagnosis, more suitable for basic level hospitals. |
