彩色多普勒检查脑梗死患者颈动脉粥样硬化病变的临床价值

目的探讨脑梗死患者颈动脉的彩色多普勒检查的临床意义。方法应用彩色多普勒超声诊断仪对195例脑梗死患者进行颈动脉粥样硬化病变的检测。结果195例患者中，发现颈动脉有硬化病变185例（94．9％），检出颈动脉粥样硬化斑块151例（272块），占77．4％，左侧多于右侧，CCA分叉处〉CCA主干〉ICA起始段〉ECA起始段。发生颈动脉狭窄为33例（16．9％），其中轻度狭窄19例，中度狡窄9例，重度狭窄5例，软斑与溃疡斑是脑梗死的主要的栓子来源。结论颈动脉病变与脑梗死发生有着密切的关系，彩色多普勒检测预测脑梗死的发生对临床预防及治疗脑梗死提供客观依据。

Value of Color Doppler on atherosclerosis of carotid artery in patients with cerebral infarction

Objective To evaluate the changes and clinical value of color Doppler on atherosclerosis of carotid artery in patients with cerebral infarction.Methods The carotid arteries of 130 patients suffered cerebral infarction were examined by Color Doppler ultrasounography.Results In these 195 patients,the atherosclerotic pathological changes were found out in 185 patients(94.9%),and carotid arteriosclerosis plagues were found out in 185 patients(272 pieces).Carotid atherosclerosis plagues were more common in the lefe side,CCA bifurcate>CCA trunk>ICA origination segment>ECA origination segment.33 patients were found out had carotid narrowing(16.9%),light,moderate and severe carotid narrowing were 19,9,5 cases respectively.The sofe and ulcer plagues constituted major source of cerebral thombus.Conclusions There is significant positive linear correlation between carotid atherosclerosis and carotid infarction,color Doppler can provide impersonal evidence for preventing and treating of cerotid infarction.
