摘    要:心肌的三维空间结构极为复杂,先进医学影像技术能够准确显示心肌纤维构造。在此基础上,通过全新的影像技术研究以心肌薄片为单元心肌收缩时发生的室壁增厚,以及缩短、扭转等形变,能够全面深刻的认识心肌力学机制,对早期诊断心脏疾病具有重要意义。

Abstract:The three-dimensional architecture of the ventricular myocardium is very complete. Advanced medical imaging techniques can accuratly describe the architecture of the ventricular myocardial fibers. On the base of that, while myocardium contracting, a serise of deformation, such as wall thicking researched by the unite of myolaminar sheet, shortening and torsion, can be evaluated by various modern imaging techniques, which will introduce a better understanding of myocardial mechanics. It is important to diagnose heart disease early.
