| 摘 要： | 目的:通过改进小肠插管技术,提高小肠检查率和小肠病变的发现率。方法:经胃内镜引导把B-D导管置入空肠上部。结果:50例病人插管成功率100%(50/50);满意率98%(49/50);病变阳性率86%(43/50)。结论:胃内镜导引下小肠插管双对比能明显提高小肠检查率和小肠病变发现率,可作为常规应用。

| Abstract: | Objective:To improve the finding rate of small intestinal lesions by improved intubation technique.Methods:To put the B-D tube at the upper part of the jejunum guided by endoscope before double contrast examination.Results:The success rate of intubation in 50 cases is 100%;the satisfaction rate is 98%;the positive rate of examination is 86%.Conclusion:The small intestine double contrast examination via intubation guided by endoscope can improve the examination technic and the finding rate of the lesions.It can be used as a routine method of small intestine double contrast examination. |
