| 摘 要： | 作者采用改良髋关节囊周围髂骨截骨成形术,配合自制的外展固定装置,治疗学龄期先天性髋关节脱位79例,疗效满意。通过随诊证实这种术式能充分加深髋臼,改变髋臼容积,尤其是解决髋臼后缘的缺陷,恢复髋关节功能是一种重建,充分矫正髋臼指数的理想术式。

| Abstract: | We use the remodeling pericapsular iliac ostestomy (pemberton)with self abducted fixac-tion apparatus to treat 79 patients of congenital hip dislocation in children at the age over 7 years. It can deepen and enlarge the acetabular cavity .especially can repair the defect of posterior labium of acetabulum and bring the acetabular index to normal degree. |
