补阳还五汤治疗肾病综合征疗效观察

目的：观察加减补阳还五汤治疗肾病综合征的疗效。方法：将肾病综合征68例患者随机分为对照组、治疗组,对照组：予以激素等西医常规治疗,治疗组：在西医常规综合治疗基础上运用加减补阳还五汤。结果 ：治疗组总缓解率高于对照组（96%VS 73%,P〈0.01）;复发率低于对照组（8.3%VS 20%,P〈0.01）。结论：补阳还五汤联合激素治疗肾病综合征疗效满意,效果优于单用激素。

Efficacy of Buyanghuanwu Recipe on Nephritic syndrome

Objective:To investigate the clinical performance and efficacy of Buyanghuanwu recipe in nephritic syndrome(NS).Methods:A total of 68 cases with NS were randomly assigned into control group and treatmeng group.cases in control group were treated with predisone.on the basis of the therapeutic scheme of the control group,cases in the treatment group received Buyanghuanwu recipe.Results:The overall remission rate was 96% in treatment group,73% in control group.There was significant statistical difference(P<0.01).The recurrence rate was 8.8% in treatment group obviously lower than the 20% of control group(P<0.01).Conclusion:Buyanghuanwu recipe with predisone acetate can achieve good therapeutic efficacy when treating nephritic syndrome,the effect is better than single use western medicine predisone acetate.
