山东平邑金银花三个品系RAPD分析及绿原酸含量分析

目的：分析山东平邑金银花3个品系的遗传信息和绿原酸含量,为金银花品系的研究开发提供科学数据。方法：运用RAPD分析技术和HPLC方法采集数据。结果 ：金银花3种品系的RAPD遗传距离结果是：新品种与鸡爪花的遗传距离较近,在聚类分支图上归为一类;毛花与鸡爪花的遗传距离稍远。绿原酸含量结果 ：毛花品系〉新品种〉鸡爪花品系。结论：山东平邑金银花的新品种从遗传距离上分析与鸡爪花品系的亲缘关系较近,与毛花品系的稍远;新品种的绿原酸含量介于毛花品系与鸡爪花品系之间。

RAPD Analysis and Chlorogenic Acid Content Analysis of Three Cultivars of Flos Lonicerae japonicae Produced in Pingyi of Shandong Province

Objective:Analyse the biological information and chlorogenic acid content of Flos Lonicerae japonicae which produced in Pingyi,Shandong Province.Provide scientific data for research and development of variety of Flos Lonicerae japonicae.Method:Collect data through RAPD and HPLC way.Result:The genetic distance result of three cultivars of Flos Lonicerae japonicae is:the new cultivar and Ji-zhuahua cultivar were closer,which can be classified as a class in the bifurcation diagram of the cluster;the Maohua and Jizhuahua cultivar were a little far.The chlorogenic acid content result:the Maohua cultivar>the new cultivar> the Jizhuahua cultivar.Conclusions:From the genetic distance analysis,the new cultivar and the Jizhuahua cultivar had closer relationship,which was a little far from the Maohua cultivar;the chlorogenic acid content of the new cultivar was between the Maohua and the Jizhuahua cultivar.
