无痛病房护理干预对人工全髋关节置换术后患者的影响

目的：探讨护理干预对人工全髋关节置换术后患者康复的影响。方法：将30例单侧人工全髋关节置换术后患者按住院顺序采用随机数字表法分为实验组（n=15）和对照组（n=15）。对照组采用常规护理及康复锻炼指导;实验组在常规护理基础上,对患者实施全程无痛病房护理干预,用患者生活质量量表比较两组患者全髋关节置换术后的差异。结果 ：护理干预前两组患者的自理功能、心理功能、社会功能、健康自我认识、关节功能的评分比较差异没有统计学意义（P〉0.05）;护理干预后实验组患者的自理功能、心理功能、社会功能、健康自我认识、关节功能的评分明显提高,与对照组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论：对人工全髋关节置换术后患者实施无痛病房护理干预,可以促进该类患者术后的康复,提高患者的生活质量。

The Influence of Painless Ward Nursing Intervention on Patients after Artificial Total Hip Arthroplasty

Objective:To explore the influence of nursing intervention on patients rehabilitation after artificial total hip arthroplasty.Methods:Divided 30 cases of patients after unilateral artificial total hip arthroplasty into experimental group(n=15)and control group(n=15),using random number table in order of being hospitalized.The control groups adapts routine nursing and rehabilitation exercise guide;and the experimental group,based on routine nursing,intervenes the whole course painless ward nursing for patients,and compares the differences of the patients after artificial total hip arthroplasty with quality of life scale.Results:Before the nursing intervention of the two groups of patients,the score comparative differences of the two groups were not statistically significant(P>0.05)in self-care function,mental function,social function,health self knowledge,and joint function;After the nursing intervention of the two groups of patients,the score of the experimental group significantly improved,and the comparative differences compared with control group in self-care function,mental function,social function,health self knowledge,and joint function,were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The painless ward nursing intervention on patients after artificial total hip arthroplasty can promote the rehabilitation of the patients after operation,and improve the quality of life of the patients.
