| 摘 要： | 目的:总结安神剂治疗瘙痒性皮肤病经验。方法:以医案形式,融理、法、方、药为一体进行阐述。结果:天王补心丹化裁治疗阴亏内热、血虚风燥型瘙痒症;酸枣仁汤化裁治疗血虚风燥、肝血不足型神经性皮炎;珍珠母丸化裁治疗阳亢血虚、毒邪蕴肤型结节性痒疹,均取得满意疗效。结论:安神剂治疗瘙痒性皮肤病疗效肯定。

| Abstract: | Objective:To summarize treatment experience of itching skin disease treated by tranquillizing formula.Methods:Discuss principles,methods,formulae and herbs of itching skin disease.Result:Pruritus with yin deficiency deficiency and blood deficiency and wind dryness was treated by modified Tianwang Buxindan;neurodermatitis with blood deficiency and wind dryness and deficiency of liver-blood was treated by modified Ziziphi Spinosae Decoction;nodular prurigo with yang hyperactivity and blood deficiency and toxin evil harming skin was treated by Zhenzhumu Pill;those methods and decoction show a better therapeutic effect on acne.Conclusions:Tranquillizing formula has a good effect on itching skin disease. |
