| 摘 要： | 目的:对不同产地天麻药材的质量进行客观评价。方法:按照《中华人民共和国药典》方法对天麻药材进行了水分、灰分、浸出物等测定。结果:不同产地的天麻药材在水分、灰分、浸出物等含量有一定差异。结论:通过对其质量评价研究初步弄清了不同产地天麻药材质量的差异。

| Abstract: | Objective:To make an objective evaluation of quality in Gastrodia elata which was collected from different origins.Method:According to the Pharmacopoeia of the People’s Republic of China(2010 Edition),the water,ash and extract contents of the medicinal materials of the Gastrodia elata were measured.Results:The different origins of Gastrodia elata have the difference in water,ash and extract contents of the medicinal materials.Conclusion:According to the experimental study,the initial clear differences of the Gastrodia elata in different origins were found. |
