三棱针球结膜点刺放血辅助治疗红眼病效果观察

目的:观察三棱针点刺放血辅助治疗急性流行性结膜炎的临床疗效。方法:将72例"红眼病"患者随机分为两组:实验组和对照组,每组36例。对照组采用传统方法治疗,实验组在传统治疗方法的基础上加以三棱针点刺放血辅助治疗,比较两组患者的疗效和疗程。结果:两组患者的疗效比较,实验组治疗效果优于对照组(P<0.05),治疗组局部症状得到明显的缓解且疗程短于对照组,差别有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:三棱针球结膜点刺放血辅助治疗急性流行性出血性结膜炎临床效果明显,且操作简便,值得临床推广应用。

Curative Effect of Triangle-edged Needle Bleeding Therapy on Pinkeye

Objective:To observe the curative effect of triangle-edged needle bleeding therapy on treating pinkeye.Methods:72 patents were randomly divided into two groups:intervention group and control group.Each group had 36 patients.In the intervention group,the triangle-edged needle acupuncture bleeding therapy was conducted on the patients based on the regular treatment.In the control group,the patients only received the regular treatment.The effects and the duration of the treatment between the two groups were compared.Results:The treatment effects of the intervention group were better than that of the control group(P<0.05);the treatment duration of the intervention group was shorter than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The effects of triangle-edged needle acupuncture bleeding therapy on pinkeye were good,which is easy to be operated.It should be widely used in clinical treatment.
