中医院医疗安全隐患分析与防范对策初探

目的：探讨中医院临床工作中常见的医疗安全隐患,并制定有关防范措施。方法：2011年3月—4月对本院8个病区抽查,对存在的医疗安全隐患进行分析、总结。结果 ：发现医疗安全隐患88项,其中病历运行安全隐患69项,交班记录安全隐患12项,各种记录本安全隐患7项。结论：临床医疗工作中存在较多安全隐患,应加强医务人员法律、法规学习,完善各项规章制度,确立医疗隐患排查治理流程,并形成制度化、规范化、持续化的排查机制,消除医疗安全隐患,达到防止医疗差错、医疗纠纷和事故的发生。

Analysis and Countermeasures Trial for Potential Safety Hazard of Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospitals

Objective:To discuss the potential safety hazard of traditional Chinese medicine hospitals and formulate relevant precautions.Method:From March to April in 2011,eight departments were randomly chosen to make analysis and summary of medical hazards.Results:It was found that the medical hazards had 88 items,among which there were 69 items of case records 12 of shift records.Conclusion:There are many hazards in clinical medical work.The laws and regulations should be strengthened and medical firetrap should be established in the governance process and forms standardized and institutionalized mechanism,and troubleshoot continuing of the medical hazards are needed to prevent errors,medical disputes and the accidents.
