中医药治疗非酒精性脂肪肝临床研究进展

目的:概述中医药疗法应用于非酒精性脂肪肝临床治疗的研究进展。方法:搜集近5年来中医药治疗非酒精性脂肪肝的文献,从病因病机、辨证论治、临床治疗等方面进行综述。结果:中医药对非酒精性脂肪肝的治疗具有独特优势及广阔的应用前景。结论:中医药治疗本病功效虽佳,但缺少治疗机制深入研究,且辨证诊断标准及疗效评价系统不一,亟待从机理向临床研究的推进,规范并优化临床诊疗,提高疗效。

Review of Clinical Studies on Nonalcoholic Fatty Liver by Traditional Chinese Medicine

Objective:To discuss the research progress of TCM therapy applied to NAFL clinical treatment.Methods:Through collecting the related document literature about the therapy of TCM for NAFL treatment by the last five years,on etiology and pathogenesis,syndrome differentiation and clinical treatment were discussed and summarized.Results:Chinese medicine for the treatment of NAFL has unique advantages and broad application prospect.Conclusion:It confirmed the effect of TCM treatment of this disease and pressing is promoting from mechanism to clinical study should be further standardized and optimized clinical diagnosis and treatment to improve the efficacy.
