针刺治疗脑性瘫痪合并智力低下研究进展

目的:分析针刺疗法治疗脑性瘫痪合并智力低下的研究现状,为形成系统的治疗规范提供临床依据。方法:检索中国知网数据库、万方数据库获取相关文献,从临床应用的角度对取穴方式、操作方法及其它相关治疗进行归纳、整理。结果:取穴方式以头针为主,配合体针、电针、穴位注射及康复训练等可提高临床疗效。结论:针刺治疗对于提高患儿智力水平及改善其运动功能有显著疗效。
