中西药结合治疗儿童上气道咳嗽综合征临床疗效分析

目的：为了观察清肺化痰中药对儿童上气道咳嗽综合征的临床疗效。方法：文章选择将78例上气道咳嗽综合征的患儿随机分为中药组和中西药组（中药＋美敏伪麻溶液）,每组39例,采用咳嗽积分方法对临床疗效进行判定。结果 ：两组对象治疗后咳嗽程度明显减轻,与治疗前比较均呈非常显著性差异（P〈0.001）;组间比较,中药加美敏伪麻溶液组积分平均值明显低于单纯服用中药组,统计学分析呈显著性差异（P〈0.05）。结论：由此可见,中西药结合疗法对儿童上气道咳嗽综合征临床效果更为显著。

In Western Medicine to Treat Children on Airway Cough Syndrome Clinical Efficacy Analysis

Objective:For observing the clinical therapeutic efficacy of the clearing lung and eliminating phlegm chinese drug in upper airway cough syndrome(UACS).Method:We divided 78 UACS children randomly into two groups,39 case in chinese drug group(C group),others in chinese and westen drug(chinese drug + Compound Pseudoephedrine Hydrochloride Oral Solution,CW group),evaluated the clinical therapeutic efficacy with cough score method.Result:All the children cough had been alleviated obviously(P<0.001),and the average cough score of CW group is obviously lower than that of C group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Integrated traditional chinese and western medicine clinical therapeutic efficacy is more better than simply chinese drug therapy in UACS.
