中草药复合型解酒药物解酒护肝功效研究

目的:研究中草药复合型解酒药物对小鼠的解酒作用以及肝组织损伤情况的保护作用。方法:取昆明种健康小鼠40只,随机分成4组。各组分别按体重灌入不同剂量白酒和解酒药物,通过观察小鼠的酒精耐受时间和醉酒持续时间来初步评价药效。连续灌胃一周后处死小鼠取肝组织制作组织切片,通过观察不同组小鼠的肝组织损伤情况来研究解酒药物对肝组织的保护情况。结果:解酒A药组和B药组小鼠酒精耐受时间分别为(18±3)min和(25±4)min,明显长于未加药组(13±2)min(P<0.01);同时,A药组和B药组处理小鼠后醉酒时间分别为(195±14)min和(168±9)min,明显短于对照组未加药组(254±13)min(P<0.01);肝组织检测结果表明,给药A组和B组肝组织损伤程度明显低于对照组。结论:所研制的中草药复合型解酒药物具有防醉解酒的效果,对肝组织具有保护作用。

Study of the Compound Herb for Hangover and Its Liver Protection Effect

Objective:To study the anti-hangover effect and the protection of liver tissue in mice of the herbal compound drugs.Method:40 healthy Kunming mice were randomly divided into four groups.According to the weight of each group,the mice were poured into the different doses of liquor and hangover drugs to evaluate the efficacy by observing the mice tolerated initial time and the drink time.Kill the mice after continuously fed them a week,product the biopsy of liver tissue,then study the anti-alcohol beverage for health protection of liver tissue by observing the liver tissue injury of different groups of mice.Results:The alcohol tolerance time of mice of hangover drugs group A and group B was respectively(18± 3)min and(25±4)min,significantly longer than that of the group without giving the medicine(13± 2)min(P<0.01);at the same time,the drunken time of A-drug group and B-drug group treated in mice was respectively(195±14)min and(168±9)min,significantly shorter than that of the group without giving the medicin(e254±13)min(P<0.01);liver test results showed that the liver tissue injury of A-drug group and B-drug group was significantly lower than that of the control group.Conclusion:The compound drugs have the anti-hangover effect and a protective effect on liver tissue.
