眼针配合中药治疗中风偏瘫临床观察

目的:观察眼针与中药结合治疗中风偏瘫的疗效。方法:将59例中风偏瘫患者随机分为眼针结合中药治疗组(简称治疗组)和单纯中药治疗组(简称对照组)。治疗组每日行眼针疗法日1次,早晚服中药各1次。对照组单纯服中药早晚各1次。2周为1个疗程,经治疗4周后,用神经功能缺损、日常生活活动能力和中医证候量表进行疗效判定。结果:治疗组能明显改善神经功能缺损症状,提高患者日常生活活动能力,改善中医临床症状。与对照组比较(P<0.05)具有统计学意义。结论:眼针结合中药治疗中风偏瘫疗效明显优于单纯中药治疗。

Eye Needle Treatment with Chinese Medicine Stroke Hemiplegia Clinical Observation

Objective:Observation and traditional Chinese medicine with combined therapy of eye needle stroke hemiplegia curative effect.Method:60 patients with stroke hemiplegia patients were randomly divided into the treatment group with Chinese traditional medicine eye needle(hereinafter referred to as the treatment group) and pure Chinese medicine treatment group(hereinafter referred to as the control group).The treatment group do daily eye needle therapeutics day 1,take Chinese traditional medicine every morning and evening 1 time.The control group in the morning and take Chinese traditional medicine only once.2 weeks for a period of treatment,after 4 weeks after treatment,with neural function defect,daily life activities ability and syndromes questionnaire outcome.Result:The treatment group can obviously improve the neural function defect symptoms,improve patient daily life activities,improve the clinical symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine.Compared with controls(P<0.05) have statistical significance.Conclusion:Eye needle combined with Chinese traditional medicine treating stroke hemiplegia had better effects than pure herbal treatment.
