| 摘 要： | 根据中医理论及临床经验,作者认为湿热内蕴,肝气郁结,冲任失调为女性痤疮多发的重要病机,治疗以清热疏肝调周为法,并有针对性地对患者进行心理疏导及心理干预,使其压力得以缓解,心情舒畅,收效良好。

| Abstract: | According to TCM theory and clinical experience,the writer considered that the dampness-heat stay inside,liver qi stagnation and conception-thoroughfare vessel disharmony are the important pathogenesis for women acne,and considered Clearing away heat,Shugan and Tiaozhou method as treatment for it.In addition,specific to patients for psychological counseling and psychological intervention,make them relieve the pressure and feel comfortable.Application as above methods,the author get a good clinical effect. |
