拉米夫定治疗慢性乙型肝炎耐药发生率与中医证型的关系

目的:观察拉米夫定治疗HBeAg阳性慢性乙型肝炎耐药发生率与中医证型的关系。方法:选择慢性乙型肝炎210例,按中医辨证分湿热中阻型、肝郁脾虚型、肝肾阴虚型、脾肾阳虚型、瘀血阻络型,分别服用拉米夫定治疗2年,观察不同证型的拉米夫定对HBeAg及HBV-DNA的转阴以及耐药发生与中医分型之间的关系。结果:湿热中阻型HBeAg及HBV-DNA的转阴率最高,而耐药发生率最低,与其他证型比较有统计学意义。结论:拉米夫定的抗乙肝病毒的疗效及耐药率与中医辨证分型有一定关系。

Relationship between the Hepatitis B Variance and the TCM Types on Lamivudine Treating Chronic Hepatitis B

Objective:To study the relationship between the hepatitis B Variance and the TCM types on Lamivudine treating chronic hepatitis B(CHB).Method:210 cases of CHB patients orally taking LAM,under TCM types,were divided into damp-heat blocking the middle group,depressed liver and deficient spleen group,Yin deficiency of liver and kidney group,Yang deficiency of spleen and kidney group and blood stasis blocking collaterals group.Respectively the relationship between the rate of HBeAg seroconversion,the variance rate of HBV-DNA and the TCM types of syndromes in CHB patients.Result:The highest rate of HBeAg seroconversion and the lowest variance rate of HBV-DNA were in damp-heat blocking the middle group,comparison with other TCM types with statistical significance.Conclusion:Lamivudine hepatitis B virus resistance efficacy and drug resistance rate and TCM Syndrome differentiation typing in a certain relationship.
