| 摘 要： | 目的:研究妇科疾病中的气滞血瘀证与盆腔静脉曲张之间的关系。方法:通过回顾诊断为气滞血瘀及其他辨证类型的妇科病例,分析气滞血瘀证中的盆腔静脉曲张检出率是否明显高于其他证型。结果:妇科疾病中气滞血瘀证型盆腔静脉曲张检出率为42.2%,其他证型的检出率为16.7%,差异具有统计学意义。结论:妇科疾病中的气滞血瘀证与盆腔静脉曲张之间存在相关性。

| Abstract: | Objective:To study the correlation between pelvic congestion syndrome(PCS)and Qi stagnation and blood stasis syndrome in the gynecological diseases.Methods:To analyze whether the detection rate of PCS in Qi stagnation and blood stasis syndrome is higher than that in other dialectical syndromes in gynecological diseases by reviewing the medical record of those diseases.Results:The detection rate of PCS in Qi stagnation and blood stasis syndrome is 42.2%,in other syndrome is 16.7%.The difference has statistical significant.Conclusion:A certain degree of correlation was existed between PCS and Qi stagnation and blood stasis syndrome in gynecological diseases. |
